With 30 years in the government market, he speaks nationally on federal acquisition and business strategy. He specializes in the development and implementation of techniques and strategies required to differentiate, position for, and win government contracts. His training seminars are consistently rated as one of the strongest seminars at national conferences and events. Mr. Frank’s coaching has helped companies win more than $2 Billion in government contracts.

Mr. Frank serves as Chairman of the Board for the Midwest Veterans Advocacy Foundation (VAF) / Veterans Business Resource Center (VBRC). Mr. Frank also supports the SBA's Emerging Leaders Program and judges applications for Arch Grants providing startup funding for entrepreneurs.
An avid outdoor enthusiast, Girl Scout and Boy Scout leader, Mr. Frank lives in St. Louis, Missouri with his wife, daughter, and son. He is a former military intelligence officer with an undergraduate degree in English, a Masters in Management Information Systems (MIS), and a Master's in Business Administration (MBA).
Michael LeJeune, Partner, RSM Federal
Author and Partner at Federal Access, Michael LeJeune is one of only 50 business advisors worldwide trained to work with Tony Robbins and the former Chet Holms as a certified Business Mastery Coach. He has been consulting and mentoring small, mid-tier, and large business for more than 15 years, successfully designing and facilitating business strategies to accelerate client revenue in both private and public sectors.
With superb interpersonal skills, he specializes in understanding a client's business objectives and facilitating the necessary capture, sales, marketing, and operational activities necessary to achieve growth in both commercial and government markets. Michael LeJeune brings an extensive and diverse corporate consulting background that provides Federal Access Members with a wealth of knowledge and expertise for small and large companies.
Prior to Federal Access, Michael LeJeune successfully managed his own coaching and consulting firm. Earlier, he served as the Director of Sales for a National collaborative technology firm. Michael has an extensive background not only in what it takes to grow a company, but a strong background in Defense and Federal agency acquisition.
