With superb interpersonal skills, he specializes in understanding a client's business objectives and facilitating the necessary capture, sales, marketing, and operational activities necessary to achieve growth in both commercial and government markets. Mr. LeJeune brings an extensive and diverse corporate consulting background that provides RSM Federal clients and Federal Access members with a wealth of knowledge and expertise.
Prior to RSM Federal, Mr. LeJeune successfully managed his own coaching and consulting firm. Earlier, he served as Director of Sales for a national collaborative technology firm. Michael has an extensive background not only in what it takes to grow a company, but a strong background in Defense and Federal agency acquisition.
Mr. LeJeune lives in Monticello, IL with his wife and two daughters. He loves driving his car and going to the movies. He served in the U.S. Army and has a B.S. in Information Technology.
